3 Ingredient "Health Cookies"

A friend posted this deliciously easy recipe in French, which I translated as follows:

1. Set oven to 365F.

2. Purée two ripe bananas.

3. Mix in 2/3 cup of quick oats.

4. Add as many chocolate chips as you like (that was my amendment, bc no one is going to tell me, during a pandemic or at any other time, how much chocolate to use. 

5. Spoon onto a parchment paper covered cookie sheet.

6. Bake 20 minutes.

7. Make tea/a cocktail/whatever you need, sit, eat whole tray because it’s just bananas and oats and therefore is health food.

Mix, cook, eat, repeat. Voila!
