Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders $75 and over! Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days. If for some reason we are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to suggest a replacement item or to organize a back order. AMANDA PEARL cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays.

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, an AMANDA PEARL Online Personal Shopper will be pleased to assist you via e-mail at aponline@amandapearl.com.

Shipping Methods and Fees

United States shipping is done via UPS and USPS and gets delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on selected service. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Should you require expedited shipping by a particular day, contact us or add a note with your order so we can make sure it's scheduled for delivery in time.

For International shipments we use UPS. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Shipping Carrier and Restrictions

We ship all fine jewelry orders via UPS insured. All orders require a signature upon receipt. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or AFPOs. We do this to further protect you and us from the possibility of third party fraud.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to aponline@amandapearl.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be canceled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

Returns

Your happiness is important to us. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer complimentary return shipping on all orders within 14 days of your delivery date. Orders placed in December will have an extended returns window through the first week of January.

All returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In their original condition
  • In all original packaging (box included)

Not available for return:

  • Custom orders are FINAL SALE
  • Worn opals are FINAL SALE

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in, no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. AMANDA PEARL will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, AMANDA PEARL has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Return shipping fee:

Please note if you paid for an expedited shipping fee, it is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of the US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

How do I start the return?

  • Be sure to check our return policy to see if your item is eligible for a return.
  • Send us an email at aponline@amandapearl.com requesting your return label. Please include the order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment.
  • Any shipping costs are non-refundable on returns. Original shipping costs on defective items will be refunded.
  • Goods must be returned using the return label provided.
  • Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. You will be notified via email once your return has been received in good order and a credit has been issued.
