Returns Policy

AMANDA PEARL wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For AMANDAPEARL.com purchases, we will accept unworn, unused or defective merchandise for a full refund. Please note that only items purchased from this website can be returned according to the policies below:


  • All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition and must include original packaging. No credits or refunds will be issued on used, worn or damaged goods. If the products you return are in new and unused condition, we will refund you the cost of goods sold.
  • Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt to receive a refund. We are unable to accept returns of sale merchandise, discounted items or custom orders.
  • You must submit a request for a Return Authorization number (RA#) from our customer service department within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Please email us at aponline@amandapearl.com and include a short summary of the reason for return so that we may better serve you in the future.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns. Original shipping costs on defective items will be refunded.
  • Goods must be returned using the return label provided.
  • Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. You will be notified via email once your return has been received in good order and a credit has been issued.
