Sustainable, Ethical Diamonds
We are thrilled to be taking our commitment to sustainability to the next level, with our use of above ground, unmined diamonds.
“[Unmined stones] are real diamonds. They have the same optical, chemical, thermal, and physical features.” says Matthew Hall, Director of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
Each diamond forms in its own way, with the same one-of-a-kind inclusions and unique growth patterns.
No two diamonds of ours are alike. Each is unique to the core.
Just like with mined stones, each diamond is unique, forming in its own way with the same one-of-a-kind inclusions and unique growth patterns. No two diamonds are alike.
The stones are forged aboveground without the vast environmental and social impact of mining. Solar technology is used to re-create the way in which diamonds form in nature. Creating these diamonds takes less energy than extracting them from the earth via industrial mining – and the energy used is all renewable. The production of these stones is 100% carbon neutral.
Diamonds are cut and polished by artisans and craftsmen to reveal a superior, striking diamond.
Because they are produced, their origin is 100% guaranteed and certain – something impossible to know with mined diamonds from Africa and Russia that pass through dozens of owners. These diamonds originate in the American West.
Large diamonds are rare. Small diamonds are plenty. Whether mined or made.
We are thrilled to be creating jewelry without the environmental impact that traditional diamond jewelry carries with it. We couldn’t think of anything more beautiful...
