It's official - FALL has finally arrived! This change of season always inspires fresh looks that up the ante with cool boots and leather jackets. (It's so nice to put away the clothes that you just put on to sweat and survive the day in.) I'm excited to put together outfits and finally dress again! Here are a few of the things that caught my eye this season:
Usually I fade straight to BLACK in the fall/winter, but I'm LOVING this funky, vintagey print dress from fellow women-run, inclusive brand WRAY. The palette is *chef's kiss* for fall, and will break up my otherwise all black - perfect with a leather jacket on top and my go-to black boots.
Speaking of breaking up all black... There's nothing like an expert "neck mess" to make a look, and these recycled gold and ethical diamond layers from AMANDA PEARL fit ALL the bills... I'm particularly obsessed with this one-of-a-kind shield cut ethical diamond solitaire necklace. I mean, drool.
I'm always on the lookout for ways to optimize my dressing, finding staples that are comfy yet polished, and easy to style in different ways for different days. These Funnel Cuff High-Rise Wide-Leg jeans might be "it" for me this season. Nothing clingy, but still looking polished, I have a feeling I'd wear these "8 days a week".
These hoops are just so so good, and go with EVERYTHING. They're great with jeans and a tee, but also sleek enough to finish off a more tailored look. I'll be working these into the mix this fall for sure.
I received a sample of this Bare Minerals MINERALIST Lasting Matte Liquid Lipstick in a recent Sephora order, and holy smokes was I impressed. I've been around the red lipstick block and am constantly looking at mask proof formulas. This one is IT. I'll be ordering a full-size tube for sure.
6. Silver Mini Diorever bag
I've been stalking this little silver bag across the resale sites. Generally a gold girl, there's something about spacey silver wearables for me. Part '60s mod, part '90s grunge inspired (see previous references to my Billy Corgan inspired silver leather pants 😂), this bag is an inspired jolt to totally elevate my black and denim separates. We'll see if I pull the trigger on this one... 😏
This cooler weather allows me to go back to darker, moodier nails, which make me feel super....well... polished. I'm loving the shades from vegan, cruelty-free and non-toxic brand Death Valley Nails. This shade is called "Beast of Burden" and is one of my favorites from their new fall collection.
A heavy emphasis on the WISH in the Wish List here - these Dior boots strike a perfect polished but wearable tone. They'd go with everything from the WRAY floral dress, to the high waisted jeans!
