    Beautiful and Elegant

    I ordered the Small Emerald Charm Lock as a gift for a friend. Since it was a gift, I was worried about exchanges or returns. I emailed the store about my concerns and the customer service was phenomenal. There was no need for me to worry though. It arrived quickly and in beautiful condition.
