    I bought this off of the designer's hand because upon seeing it, I HAD to have it. It was sized perfectly for my pinky and is the most epic, dramatic, gorgeous pinky ring ever.     I was really disappointed when I received this necklace — it looked nothing like the photos and lacked the vibrant color I expected. I wore it once, and in the sunlight it appeared almost clear. When I tried to return it, customer service was completely unhelpful. I received several emails claiming the necklace had been “worn a lot” and was “too damaged to restock,” which was incredibly frustrating since I only wore it once. For jewelry this expensive, I expected much higher quality and far better customer service. Very disheartening experience — be cautious before purchasing.
